The bills placed CB Terrence McGee and WR Donald Jones on injured reserve on Tuesday and signed WR Derek Hagan and promoted WR Kamar Aiken from the practice squad.
McGee (knee) and Jones (ankle) both suffered injuries in Sunday's loss to the Jets. Jones had 23 catches for 231 yards and a score this season. McGee, a ninth-year vet, had 28 tackles and two passes defensed.
Hagan is a fifth-year veteran out of Arizona State. He played in six games for the Raiders earlier this season, catching 11 passes for 114 yards. Aiken has been on the practice squad since joining the team in July as an undrafted rookie.
The Bills also signed DB Prince Miller and re-signed OG Keith Williams to the practice squad and released OT Thomas Welch.
