Here's a recap of notable contributions from Browns rookies in the Week 11 win vs. Jacksonville:
DT Phil Taylor — He recorded a season-high nine tackles on Sunday and now has 40 tackles and four sacks in 10 starts this season. He continues to be one of the NFL's top defensive rookies.
WR Greg Little — He has played two solid games in a row. Little was targeted eight times on Sunday, catching a team-high five passes for 59 yards. It will go under the radar nationally uniess the Browns vault into playoff contention, but Little has had a productive first season. He is on pace for 66 catches.
DE Jabaal Sheard — He recorded a sack of Jaguars QB Blaine Gabbert on Sunday. In 10 starts, he has 31 tackles and 3½ sacks.
FB Owen Marecic — He played well on Sunday. He caught two passes for 13 yards, and he had a nice block on RB Chris Ogbonnaya's one-yard second-quarter TD run. However, he suffered a concussion and left the game early in the fourth quarter.
OLG Jason Pinkston — Pinkston made his 10th start at left guard, and the Browns started to run behind him with some success as the game progresssed. Overall, 11 Browns rushes off left guard went for 44 yards, according to NFL statistics.
CB Buster Skrine — Played as a reserve but did not record any statistics.
LB Quinton Spears — Spears suffered a hamstring injury on Sunday, head coach Pat Shurmur said after the game. He played as a reserve and did not record any statistics.
CB James Dockery — Assisted on a special-teams tackle.
TE Jordan Cameron — Was inactive after playing as a reserve in the previous four games.
