Here are some of the Patriots' fantasy football options this week:

QB Tom Brady's numbers are trending back up, especially after throwing for 329 yards and three TDs against one of the league's best pass defenses in the Jets. Brady's a must-start.

RB BenJarvus Green-Ellis (toe) continues to be ineffective since hurting his toe and hasn't scored since Week Five. He has been held to less than 10 yards in two of his last three games. Until 100 percent, he has minimal fantasy value.

WR Wes Welker only has one game with more than 46 receiving yards in the last four — a 9-136-0 game against the Giants. He's still on a record pace and will post elite numbers with a softer schedule. He's a must-play every week.

TE Rob Gronkowski is back to elite status after catching 8-113-2 on 11 targets against the Jets and is a must-start regardless of the matchup.

Despite Gronkowski playing on an elite level, Aaron Hernandez is still a No. 1 tight end with 55 targets so far this season. If opponents double-team Gronkowski in the red zone, Hernandez will add to the five TDs he already has.
