Whenever it seems like Donald Driver has become the forgotten man in the Packers' potent receiving corps, the 13-year veteran makes sure you remember he can still make his presence felt. Such was the case in the Packers' Week 10 rout of the Vikings, when Driver's tremendous 22-yard back-shoulder reception of Aaron Rodgers' first pass of the night set the tone for the offense's latest onslaught. Daily team observers remain confident Driver will not get lost in the shuffle. Although he has, in effect, become the No. 4 receiver despite still being listed as a starter on the team's depth chart, Driver remains a key cog in the offense, with his role as a mentor adding a very valuable extra dimension. Beyond this season, though, Driver's status must be considered iffy, with promising, young practice-squad members Tori Gurley and Diondre Borel considered just about ready to spread their wings.
