The Patriots re-signed S Ross Ventrone to the practice squad and released DB Josh Victorian.

Ventrone was cut earlier this week to make room for the team to activate OL Marcus Cannon. He has bounced back and forth between the practice squad and 53-man roster. He has played in five games.

Victorian has had four stints with the Patriots' practice squad. He is an undrafted rookie out of Louisiana Tech.
