Cowboys OLB DeMarcus Ware was fined $15,000 for a roughing-the-passer penalty on Bills QB Ryan Fitzpatrick in Sunday's 44-7 win over Buffalo. Ware said he plans to appeal the fine.

Replays showed Ware's helmet making contact with Fitzpatrick's neck and head area. He was flagged on the play.

Ware is having a Pro Bowl-caliber season otherwise, racking up 13 sacks in nine games this season.
