The Rams' offense could not be characterized as one of the NFL's best by any stretch, but it is in better shape than Cleveland's attack right now.
The Rams' biggest edge is in the running game. The Browns' run defense was overwhelmed by Houston's powerful ground game last Sunday, and the Rams' rushing attack is no slouch, either, with Steven Jackson racking up 289 rushing yards in the last two games.
The Rams' passing game, meanwhile, has a solid go-to target in Brandon Lloyd and improved WR depth now that Mark Clayton (knee, Achilles) appears ready to return to the lineup.
Now consider the Browns' offense. Their passing game just doesn't scare the opposition — and their ground game is in worse shape with RBs Peyton Hillis and Montario Hardesty both out.
Can the Browns win this game? Certainly. The Rams are no powerhouse. Maybe the Browns can pull out another gritty win. However, the Rams look just a touch more capable of putting points on the board right now.
Prediction: Rams 17, Browns 16
Season-to-date prediction record: 6-2
