The Cowboys have placed PK David Buehler on injured reserve because of a groin injury he suffered in practice on Wednesday. Taking his spot on the roster is OG Daniel Loper.

Buehler handled kickoffs for the Cowboys, with Dan Bailey attempting field goals and point-after tries. Buehler averaged 66 yards per kick this season with nine touchbacks.

Loper, who previously has played for the Titans, Lions and Raiders, has started at both guard and left tackle in his career. He will provide depth for an offensive line that is inexperienced and has suffered through some injuries already this season.
