The Ravens-Steelers rivalry is often described as the most physical in the NFL. Now some players are paying for what the NFL sees as too much physicality.

Steelers S Ryan Clark was fined $40,000 for an illegal hit on Ravens TE Ed Dickson. He was flagged on the play and appeared to make helmet-to-helmet contact with Dickson.

Ravens LB Ray Lewis was fined $20,000 for a helmet-to-helmet hit on Steelers WR Hines Ward. Ward left the game after the play and did not return.
