Cowboys WR Miles Austin will miss 2-4 weeks with a right hamstring injury, Matt Mosley of ESPN 103.3 in Dallas reported on Monday.
Austin aggravated his already-injured hamstring in the team's Week Nine victory over the Seahawks on Sunday. He left the game in the second quarter after making a 37-yard reception and did not return. Laurent Robinson took Austin's spot in the lineup and scored a six-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter.
Mosley also reported that LB Sean Lee, who missed the Seattle game because of a dislocated left wrist, might return for next Sunday's matchup against the Bills.
The way we see it
Losing Austin for a brief period of time is a concern for the Cowboys, but not a huge surprise. His sore hamstring has been giving him problems all season long. Expect Robinson and fellow WR Dez Bryant to see more throws in their direction, along with TE Jason Witten.
