PFW associate editor Dan Parr makes his prediction for the outcome of Monday's game between the Bears and Eagles.

The Eagles have the speed and explosiveness on offense and in their pass rush to make Monday's game a nightmare for the Bears, but Chicago can beat just about any team if it executes well on both sides of the ball and plays with discipline.

The Bears made progress before the bye, winning back-to-back games against mediocre competition, and they should be ready to put forth their best performance of the season.

Look for Mike Martz to stay committed to the style of offense that suits the Bears best. Chicago will maintain balance between the pass and the run, and the return of WR Earl Bennett, QB Jay Cutler's most trusted target, will pay immediate dividends when it comes to converting on third downs. Philadelphia's offense will be steady and gain a lot of yardage, but stall in the red zone and settle for field goals too frequently against the Bears' defense.

Prediction: Bears 27, Eagles 23

Season record: 6-1
