Buccaneers GM Mark Dominik, addressing rumors that the team could eventually move to London, quoted on "This team is never going to relocate from Tampa and go to London. We're the Tampa Bay Buccaneers."

Cowboys OLB DeMarcus Ware on whether the team has a sense of desperation coming out of the bye week, quoted on"Desperate for what? You're motivated to get some wins. You can't be desperate with a 16-game season. We lost these three games within [11] points. What is it to be desperate about when you have a great team and you have everything in place? But you're just not closing and you just have to figure out how to close it to get that bad taste out of your mouth."

Titans WR Kenny Britt on his torn ACL and MCL and his expectations for when he returns from the injury in 2012, quoted on "The first emotion was 'Why me?' [But] once I get back, I'll be good as new. I believe I'll be bigger and faster and better than I ever was. It is just a whole bunch of months of training."

Cowboys WR coach Jimmy Robinson attempting to explain why Dez Bryant hasn't been very involved in the offense in the second half, quoted on "I don't think there is any conspiracy going on first of all that we haven't gotten him the ball as much as we'd like to and as much as he'd probably like for us to. If you're a receiver in the NFL, you realize sometimes it rains, sometimes it pours and sometimes it's a drought. It's just the way it goes. There is no plan that, 'hey, we're going to throw it to Dez here in the first quarter and not until next week.' It's just the way it is. Believe me, we'd like to get the ball to him.''

Jets head coach Rex Ryan, predicting what would have happened had he been named Chargers head coach instead of Norv Turner in 2007, quoted on "Well, I think I would have had a couple rings. I'm telling you, those teams were loaded."

Vikings QB Donovan McNabb on his future in football after being benched for rookie Christian Ponder Wednesday, quoted on "What the future holds for me is I have a lot of football left. At the end of the year, obviously, that'll be something that I'll look at and see what's next."

Bears S Brandon Meriweather on the NFL crackdown against illegal hits, quoted on "They teach you growing up that you've got to be violent and put the fear of God in people, but when you get to the league that you've been dreaming about your whole life, they tell you to change your game 100 percent or get money taken from you. I try lowering my target zone, but if you have a receiver who's 5-8, it's still going to be a helmet-to-helmet collision. How do you avoid that when you're running full speed?"

Titans head coach Mike Munchak on whether the team would consider signing free-agent WR Terrell Owens to help his receiving corps hurt by injuries, quoted on "That's something that at some point when (Owens') health is better and he can pass a physical - people thought the midpoint of the season, maybe - he might be a guy that may be able to work out to prove where he's at. So of course us, or whoever else, is going to take a look, just like we have with other free agents, to see what kind of shape he's in."

Jets head coach Rex Ryan, brainstorming possible solutions to his offense's slow starts in games, on "I think I'm just going to tell our guys it's the second quarter, put it on the board at our home games. You look at the struggles we've had offensively, it blows me away. I don't know ... drink coffee maybe?"

Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, reflecting on postgame comments he made about head coach Jason Garrett's play-calling late in the team's 20-16 loss to the Patriots, on "I think in this particular case after a ballgame, everybody is mad as hell that we weren't successful after playing a fabulous ballgame against a really fine team and so it kind of let a little bit of the emotion, and I would say I probably, if I had that to do over again, wouldn't comment period."

Packers OLB Clay Matthews on the talk of the team possibly going undefeated this season, quoted on "It's way too early to talk about 16-0. We've got seven days to go 7-0, and that's what we're focused on. When you start getting ahead of yourself in this game is when you start fumbling and tripping up."

Patriots offensive coordinator Bill O'Brien on WR Chad Ochocinco's play so far this season (nine catches through six games) and how he is progressing so far in the offense, quoted on "Ocho's progressing every week. He's done a really good job in practice and when he's been in certain parts of games, he's produced, two-minute drives at the end of halves and things. And we're happy with where Ocho is right now."

Vikings head coach Leslie Frazier on whether playing the Packers on Sunday changes the decision-making process of whether or not to insert rookie QB Christian Ponder into the starting lineup, from his Monday press conference: "We'll try to make that decision based on what we think is best for our team. The opponent is the opponent. They're going to be a good team whoever we line up against. It's going to be a very good team whenever Christian gets his chance to play. It just so happens this week we're playing the defending world champions, who are a very good football team. But whenever that time comes, whoever it is, they're probably going to be a good team as well."

Lions head coach Jim Schwartz, reflecting on the scuffle after the game Sunday with 49ers head coach Jim Harbaugh, as quoted on "I think it's a regrettable situation. I think, particularly, the fact that it detracted from what happened in the game. I think I'll just leave it right there."
