The Patriots signed DB Sterling Moore from their practice squad and cut DT Marcus Harrison on Saturday. The Pats had signed Harrison on Friday.

Moore is an undrafted rookie who spent the first few weeks of the season on the Raiders' practice squad. He played his college ball at Southern Methodist.

The way we see it

Harrison was signed after the Patriots placed DL Mike Wright on injured reserve, to bring more depth to the interior D-line. However, it appears that New England wants all the defensive backs it can have going against the Cowboys' passing attack on Sunday.
