Vikings RB Adrian Peterson, 49ers LB Patrick Willis and Packers PK Mason Crosby were named NFC Players of the Week for Week Five.

Peterson scored three first-quarter touchdowns and rushed for 122 yards in the Vikings' 34-10 victory over the Cardinals. It's the fifth time Peterson has been named Player of the Week.

Willis led a strong defensive effort in the 49ers' 48-3 win over the Bucs, recording 18 tackles and recovering a fumble. It is his first Player of the Week award.

Crosby made all four of this field goals in Sunday's win over the Falcons, including a 56-yarder, which is tied for the longest in Packers history. This is his third Player of the Week award.
