In an announcement on Tuesday at the NFL owners meetings in Houston, the league has awarded Super Bowl XLIX to Arizona. The location was chosen after two rounds of voting between Arizona and Tampa Bay.

The game, which will be played in 2015, will be take place at University of Phoenix Stadium, home of the Cardinals. The stadium also hosted Super Bowl XLII, when the Giants beat the undefeated Patriots 17-14.

The league also announced that Super Bowl XLVIII, held at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, will be played on February 2, 2014.
