Bills WR Donald Jones will miss 4-6 weeks with an ankle injury suffered in Sunday's win over the Eagles, head coach Chan Gailey said Monday.
Jones injured the ankle in the first half and was on crutches after the game. He has started all five games this season and has 16 catches for 174 yards and a touchdown.
Jones is a second-year player out of Youngstown State.
The way we see it
The Bills are already without WRs Roscoe Parrish and Marcus Easley for the season and may need to make a move to add a receiver. Jones was coming on strong in the last two games, but the receiving corps is thin. If the Bills don't make a move, expect to see more snaps for Brad Smith and/or C.J. Spiller at receiver.
