Vikings fantasy report: Week Five

Here's a look at some of the Vikings' fantasy football options this week:

QB Donovan McNabb is playing poorly, averaging 214 yards and one touchdown the past three games but plays against the Cardinals who have a porous defense. If he can't produce here his season's over.

Expect RB Adrian Peterson (23-80-0) to struggle when the team does. He had another subpar game and the passing attack has to improve for better elite production. However, you don't bench AP.

Last week, the Vikings' leading receivers in yardage were TEs Visanthe Shiancoe (6-58-0 with eight targets) and Kyle Rudolph (3-44-0 with four targets). Neither one warrants owning or starting.

WR Percy Harvin (5-42-0) continues to disappoint but still manages just enough for flex-position consideration, especially with bye weeks here. He'll get in the endzone sooner or later.

WR Michael Jenkins has two TDs so far but the team's poor play lessens his value. His only good game was in Week Three (9-88-0). At best, he's a bye-week, injury fill-in, in larger leagues.

It wouldn't be surprising to see WR Devin Aromashodu's playing time increase as Bernard Berrian has only two receptions in four games. He's a watch-list player right now.
