Players that were suspended in the offseason for four games by commissioner Roger Goodell are now eligible to re-join their teams, as they have been reinstated by the league.
Redskins CB Phillip Buchanon, Titans FB Ahmard Hall and Bengals OG Bobbie Williams all are eligible to return. Each team would need to release a player from their active roster if they choose to activate the suspended player.
The players have not been in contact with their coaches or members of their organization since the regular season began.
