A source told ESPN.com's John Clayton that the Packers and fourth-year WR Jordy Nelson agreed to a three-year, $13.35 million contract extension over the weekend, including $5 million in guaranteed money. Incentives in the deal could make it worth $15 million over three years, according to the report.

Nelson has been one of the league's most productive receivers dating back to the Week 16 game last year against the Giants, when he had four caches for 124 yards and a TD. In four games this season, he has 15 catches and a 19.2 yards-per-catch average. The contract will pay Nelson an average of $4.8 million in each of the first two years.

The deal reportedly runs through the 2014 season.
