The most positive news on the Packers' Thursday injury report was the improved status for the game this Sunday against the Broncos of star LOLB Clay Matthews (quadriceps) and fellow starters OLT Chad Clifton (knee) and DE Ryan Pickett (foot).

Matthews was one of two players who participated on a limited basis Thursday after not participating at all in Wednesday's practice. The other player is CB Pat Lee (back). Clifton and Pickett both participated fully in practice Thursday after practicing on a limited basis on Wednesday.

Not participating for the second consecutive day were OT Bryan Bulaga (knee), RB Ryan Grant (kidney), LB Brad Jones (hamstring) and CB Charles Woodson (foot-knee).

Three Broncos who have yet to participate in practice this week are WR Eddie Royal (groin), WR Demaryius Thomas (finger) and TE Julius Thomas (ankle).
