The Colts released CB Justin Tryon and signed S Jermale Hines, the team announced Wednesday.
Tryon started six games for the Colts in 2010.
Hines, drafted in the fifth-round of April's draft by the Rams, was released earlier on Wednesday.
The Way We See It
We don't know what Tryon did to end up in the doghouse — he performed yeoman's work last season with so many Colts DBs banged up — but Indy is clearly going younger in the secondary with a pair of 2010 rookies, third-rounder Kevin Thomas and undrafted free agent Terrence Johnson, backing up starters Jerraud Powers and Jacob Lacey.
