Titans WR Kenny Britt suffered a right knee injury in the second quarter of Sunday's game against the Broncos and was carted off the field. The NFL Network is reporting Monday that the injury will end Britt's season.
ESPN's Adam Schefter reported Sunday that the team feared it is an MCL and ACL injury.
Britt fell awkwardly on his right leg and fumbled the ball after catching a pass from Matt Hasselbeck. The third-year receiver had three catches for 18 yards before leaving the game.
According to PFW correspondent Jim Wyatt of The Tennessean, the Titans are scheduled to work out WRs Donnie Avery and Buster Davis and will likely wait until they have a replacement lined up before putting Britt on injured reserve.
