A week after leaving the Eagles game because of a concussion, Michael Vick is out again, this time because of a broken right hand. The left-handed QB is doubtful to return to the team's Week Three matchup with the Giants after being hurt.

Vick was cleared by doctors to play in Week Three after suffering a head injury last week. He completed 16-of-23 passes for 176 yards before leaving the game in the third quarter following a pair of quarterback sneaks where he was hit hard. He was taken into the locker room for X-rays following that drive.

Mike Kafka replaced Vick in the Eagles lineup.

Eagles WR Jeremy Maclin is also doubtful to return with a hamstring injury.
