Packers-Bears prediction

PFW associate editor Dan Parr makes his prediction for the outcome of Sunday's game between the Packers and Bears.

There will be better balance on offense from the Bears after Mike Martz returned to his pass-happy ways against the Saints, but the offensive line is going to face another blitz-heavy defensive attack. The Packers are going to bring pressure, and I'm not confident Chicago's pass protection will be up to the challenge. A Jay Cutler turnover will prove costly.

The Bears' defense will keep Aaron Rodgers from picking up yardage in big chunks. DE Julius Peppers will be much more disruptive than he was against New Orleans, but Rodgers will be patient, avoid turnovers and do just enough for Green Bay to remain undefeated.

Prediction: Packers 21, Bears 16

Season record straight up: 1-1

Against the spread: 0-2
