Replacing CB Kelvin Hayden, who was released by the Colts last month before signing with the Falcons, has proven to be a difficult task. Jacob Lacey took over the job, but his struggles from last season have carried over into 2011, and the club could look to make a change as soon as Sunday after the third-year veteran was picked on regularly by Browns QB Colt McCoy in Week Two. "The more he plays, the more his lack of ability shows," a daily team observer of Lacey. If Lacey is demoted, Justin Tryon, who filled in nicely while making six starts in 2010, would seem to be the obvious choice as a replacement. But Terrence Johnson, a 5-9, 190-pound undrafted rookie out of California (Pa.), received increased reps in practice this week, and a source said he really earned the respect of his teammates and the coaching staff in camp.
