Tom Brady, Antonio Cromartie and Josh Cribbs have been named the Week Two AFC Players of the Week, the NFL announced Wednesday.
Brady receives AFC Offensive Player of the Week honors for the second consecutive week and 19th time in his career. He threw for 423 yards and three touchdowns in last Sunday's win against the Chargers. He is one award shy of tying Peyton Manning's 20 for the most all-time.
Cromartie, a star cornerback for the Jets, had two interceptions against the Jaguars, helping him to earn the AFC Defensive Player of the Week. He harassed Jaguars receivers all day in the 32-3 victory.
Cleveland's sensational return man Cribbs was named AFC Special-Teams Player of the Week for the fourth time in his career. He helped set up two touchdown drives against the Colts with a 52-yard kickoff return and 43-yard punt return in the 27-19 win against the Colts.
