The news on the Packers-Bears injury report issued Wednesday was both good and bad for Green Bay's secondary. While starting RCB Tramon Williams, who missed last week's game with a shoulder injury, was able to participate in the practice on a limited basis, starting LCB Charles Woodson did not participate in the practice because of a foot injury. Another star defender, OLB Clay Matthews sat out the practice with a quadriceps injury.

Also participating on a limited basis for Green Bay were OT Chad Clifton (knee), rookie CB Davon House (ankle), DE Ryan Pickett (foot) and rookie LB Vic So'oto (back).

Three Bears players did not participate in the practice — OT Gabe Carimi (knee), WR Earl Bennett (chest) and S major Wright (head/neck)
