Eagles QB Michael Vick headed to the locker room in the third quarter of Sunday night's game against the Falcons with a neck injury.
Vick was hit on a pass play and his helmet collided with one of his teammates on his way down. He was attended to on the sideline before going to the locker room. The Eagles announced it was a neck injury and he is undergoing "further observation" in the locker room.
After the game, head coach Andy Reid confirmed that Vick suffered a concussion.
Second-year backup QB Mike Kafka replaced Vick. Vince Young was inactive as he is recovering from a hamstring injury.
