Rams RB Steven Jackson will not play in Monday night's game against the Giants because of an injured quad. Jackson tested the injury in pregame warm-ups.

Cadillac Williams will start at running back for St. Louis with Jerious Norwood likely to get touches as well. Williams had 91 yards rushing and 49 yards receiving in Week One.

Jackson suffered the injury in Week One.

For the Giants, WR Hakeem Nicks, who was questionable with a knee injury, will play. Justin Tuck, who has been limited by a neck injury, also will play. Tuck, who had 11½ sacks last season, missed the Week One loss to the Redskins.
