Jets Pro Bowl C Nick Mangold underwent an MRI on Monday, which confirmed he has a high ankle sprain, per multiple reports. According to Jenny Vrentas of the Star-Ledger, there is "no timetable" for Mangold's return to the lineup.

The center suffered the injury during the first quarter of New York's 32-3 win over the Jaguars on Sunday. Reserve Colin Baxter replaced Mangold in the middle of the Jets offensive line.

The way we see it

Baxter, an undrafted rookie, played in Mangold's absence and will start Sunday unless the Jets bring someone in. He faces a tough task this coming week against DT Richard Seymour and the physical Raiders front.
