The possibility of Packers CB Tramon Williams missing his first game at the pro level due to injury grew Thursday when he did not participate in practice for a second straight day, according to the team's Thursday injury report. Williams injured his shoulder in the season opener against the Saints.

One other player listed as not participating in practice Thursday was rookie LB Vic So'oto. Listed as "out" on the report were DE Mike Neal, who will be undergoing knee surgey and is expected to miss at least half of the season, and OLB Frank Zombo, who is considered 2-3 weeks away from being able to return from a shoulder injury suffered in an offseason scrimmage.

TE Jermichael Finley (ankle) participated on a limited basis. Starting OT Chad Clifton (knee) and rookie CB Davon House (ankle) participated fully on Thursday after being limited in practice the previous day.
