The Bengals signed veteran TE Donald Lee and waived CB Rico Murray on Wednesday.

A nine-year veteran, Lee was released by the Eagles on Sept. 3. He had played in all four preseason games for the Eagles. Prior to that, Lee spent 2005-10 with the Packers and 2003-04 with the Dolphins.

Lee has caught 198 passes for 1,875 yards with 19 touchdowns in his career. His most productive season came in 2007, when caught 48 passes for 575 yards with six touchdowns in 12 starts. Last season, he caught 11 passes for 73 yards with three touchdowns in six starts.

Murray played on special teams in the Bengals' Week One win over Cleveland. He was waived on Sept. 3 by the team and then re-signed on Sept. 6.
