The Redskins made a round of cuts on Tuesday, which included WR Malcolm Kelly, a former second-round pick.
Kelly received an injury settlement from the 'Skins. He missed all of the 2010 season with a pulled hamstring. In 21 career games, he has 28 catches for 365 yards and no touchdowns. He played in all 16 games with 10 starts in 2009.
Kelly was a second-round pick out of Oklahoma in 2008.
The team also waived DB Dante Barnes, QB Ben Chappell, OL Xavier Fulton, DB Tyrone Grant, LB Eric McBride, OL Corey O'Daniel, PK Clint Stitser and TE Joe Torchia.
