Browns TE Evan Moore, who caught two TD passes from Colt McCoy in Friday's 30-28 loss to the Lions, was held out of practice Sunday with what the team called "a mild concussion."
Moore, a third-year veteran, was injured when he got hit after a 17-yard reception in the second quarter. Head coach Pat Shurmur confirmed that Moore has a concussion, but was "feeling better."
There was no timetable given for Moore's return but the 6-6, 250-pound Stanford product is expected to be ready for the team's season-opening game against the Bengals in Cleveland on Sept. 11.
WR Josh Cribbs "tweaked" his hamstring during the team's Sunday practice and spent the last part of the full-pad practice on the sideline.
