Colts owner Jim Irsay took to Twitter to discuss the team's quarterback situation on Saturday after the Colts fell to 0-2 in the preseason.

"We r evaluating the QB sitch, #18 healing but we got 2 b prepared 4 early season possibility without him, defense has 2 pick it up, big time!" he wrote.

Peyton Manning has not practiced after undergoing neck surgery in May, his second neck surgery since March 2010. The Colts were reportedly at former Ohio State QB Terrelle Pryor's pro day, but Irsay said he is not an option in his next tweet.

"Not taking Pryor...what VET QB would u vote 4 to sign that's out there? If sum1 has 2 hold the fort early season, who u going with?"

The current QBs on the Colts' roster are Dan Orlovsky, Curtis Painter and Mike Hartline. In the Colts' 16-3 loss to the Redskins on Friday evening, Orlovsky and Painter combined to complete 12-of-27 passes for 95 yards, no scores and one interception.
