After a couple weeks of practice and one preseason game, the Redskins have decided on their kicker, giving Graham Gano the job and releasing Shayne Graham.

Gano was much better in Washington's game vs. the Steelers, making kicks from 32, 34 and 45 yards. Graham has struggled and was 0-for-2 in the game, missing wide left from 29 yards and wide right from 49.

The way we see it

The team could have had this camp battle last longer, but they clearly felt Gano was the better option and decided to give him the job now. He's kicking with more confidence than in years past and Graham, who was a perfect 12-for-12 last year with the Patriots, is back looking for a job.
