The Lions added more depth to their secondary on Saturday, signing former Steelers CB Anthony Madison to a one-year deal, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported.

A reserve corner, Madison played in all 16 games last season with one start. He recorded 24 tackles and his first career interception.

Madison began his career in '06 with the Steelers. He has also spent time with the Buccaneers, Browns and Colts.

The Lions also added CBs Eric Wright and Maurice Leggett in free agency and re-signed CBs Brandon McDonald and Chris Houston.
