The Dolphins brought in another quarterback on Friday, signing Kevin O'Connell to a one-year deal, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
The former third-round pick spent the past two seasons with the Jets, but hasn't played in a game since 2008 when he was with the Patriots. The Jets cut him last week.
In two games in 2008, O'Connell completed 4-of-6 passes for 23 yards. The Dolphins also have signed free-agent QB Matt Moore and undrafted rookie Pat Devlin since the lockout ended.
The team waived QB Tom Brandstater.
