The 6-3, 249-pound Scaife played in 14 games with 13 starts last season, catching 36 passes for 318 yards and four touchdowns,
He will join second-year TEs Jermaine Gresham and Chase Coffman in the Bengals' offense.
The way we see it
In addition to providing another target for either Andy Dalton or Bruce Gradkowski, Scaife also brings a veteran presence to a very young offense.
