Giants UFA TE Kevin Boss worked out for the Raiders Wednesday, multiple media outlets reported.

The Raiders lost their top tight end, Zach Miller, to Seattle on Tuesday. Boss "has a lot of characteristics we're looking for," Raiders head coach Hue Jackson said Wednesday, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.

The 27-year-old Boss played in 15 games last season (13 starts), catching 35 passes for 531 yards and three TDs.
