The Raiders announced Tuesday the signing of three free-agent offensive linemen — Justin Smiley, Stephon Heyer and Seth Wand.

Smiley is an eight-year veteran who started five games last season for the Jaguars. The guard out of Alabama has 78 career starts.

Heyer has spent all of his four seasons with the Redskins, starting 33 games, including five last season.

Wand has not played in an NFL game since 2008, when he appeared in one game for the Raiders. He started all 16 games in 2004 for the Texans.

The Raiders lost OG Robert Gallery to the Seahawks in free agency.
