The Cardinals announced Tuesday that QB Kevin Kolb signed a new contract keeping him in Arizona through 2016.

The Cardinals traded for Kolb last week. The former Eagles quarterback's contract is reportedly worth $63 million with $20 million guaranteed.

Kolb started five games last season and threw seven TD passes and seven interceptions for Philadelphia.
