Veteran DE-OLB Jason Taylor is returning to Miami, he announced on his Facebook page.
"We are very excited to share with all of you that Jason has made his decision regarding where he is playing for the upcoming 2011 season. Jason is coming home to MIAMI and will once again proudly wear the aqua and orange!" it said on the Jason Taylor Foundation page.
Taylor spent his first 11 seasons with the Dolphins before joining the Redskins in 2008. He returned to Miami in '09 and started 15 games but played for the rival Jets in 2010.
Last season, Taylor played in all 16 games with five starts and recorded five sacks. He has 132.5 sacks in his 14-year career.
The way we see it
The Dolphins needed another rush linebacker opposite OLB Cameron Wake, who had a breakout season a year ago. Koa Misi impressed in his rookie year, but Taylor is an upgrade and presumably would like to finish his career in Miami.
