The Eagles have locked up their first-round pick to a four-year contract, agreeing to terms on Monday night with OG Danny Watkins.
According to Howard Eskin of 610 WIP in Philadelphia, the first three years of the deal were guaranteed. In total, the contract is worth $7.9 million. There had been a disagreement between Watkins and the team about how many years of the deal should be guaranteed.
The rookie out of Baylor is already 26 years old and is expected to start immediately on the Eagles' offensive line.
