The Eagles traded DT Brodrick Bunkley to the Broncos for a 2013 draft pick on Monday, just days after the team thought it had completed a deal with the Browns for the player.
The original deal — Bunkley to Cleveland for a 2012 fifth-round pick — fell through when the lineman didn't report to his new team. Since the deal was never officially announced, the Browns could back out and retain their pick. So instead, the Eagles sent the Bunkley to Denver for a selection in next year's draft.
The Broncos have been looking to acquire depth on their defensive line, also signing former-Jaguars DE Derrick Harvey earlier on Monday.
