The Saints added former Ravens CB Fabian Washington on Sunday, as the two sides agreed to a one-year deal.
Washington played in 14 games with eight starts for Baltimore last season, recording eight passes defensed. He spent the first three seasons of his career in Oakland and had been with the Ravens for the last three seasons.
The corner informed his fans of the deal via Twitter, writing "Who Dat" on Sunday morning.
The way we see it
Washington was expendable, as the Ravens re-signed CB Chris Carr and selected CB Jimmy Smith in the first round of April's draft. They also have Dominique Foxworth back from injury.
He brings some depth to the position in New Orleans, as Saints CB Tracy Porter is undergoing rehab for offseason knee surgery.
