The Redskins and ORT Jammal Brown have agreed to a five-year contract. The news was first reported by Adam Schefter of ESPN.

Brown was acquired by Washington via trade with the Saints last June. The lineman started 14 games for the 'Skins last year despite injuries.

He was hoping to be signed by a team this summer to play left tackle, but when that offer never appeared, he opted to return to the team and play opposite 2010 first-rounder LT Trent Williams.
