Lions re-sign CB Houston

CB Chris Houston has agreed to a two-year contract with the Lions, filling a major area of need for the team.

Houston played with the Lions last season following three years with the Falcons. In 2010, he started 15 games, recording 58 tackles and grabbing one interception.

Detroit has focused heavily on their defensive line in the draft in recent years, and added LBs Stephen Tulloch and Justin Durant in free agency already. The team also signed former Browns CB Eric Wright, adding more depth at Houston's position.
