The Falcons reached an agreement with OG Justin Blalock on a new contract Sunday, keeping another key component of Matt Ryan's protection in Atlanta.

Just days after re-signing RT Tyson Clabo, the Falcons locked up Blalock with a six-year deal, according to PFW correspondent D. Orlando Ledbetter of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. The team did lose OG Harvey Dahl in free agency to the Rams.

Blalock has started every game for the Falcons since 2008.
