Saints first-round RB Mark Ingram agreed to terms on a deal Saturday morning.
PFW correspondent and New Orleans Times-Picayune writer Mike Triplett first reported the news.
Ingram, the 28th overall pick in April's draft, could be ready to practice on Sunday. Ingram has been living in the New Orleans area since January.
With the Saints trading RB Reggie Bush to the Dolphins, Ingram will get a lot of touches in the offense.
The team also announced the signing of third-round LB Martez Wilson, leaving top pick Cameron Jordan as the lone draft pick not to sign.
